We were delighted to add a direct son of Harbrooks MO-Mischief to our stallion line-up, thanks to Ellie Verba of EDV Shetlands. Ellie, we’re grateful you entrusted us with “Jag.”

Having worked with other MO-Mischief offspring, we’ve come to appreciate their willing minds, correct conformation, expressive movement, and unmistakable style. Jag carries those same strengths, and he’s proving them in the foals he sires.

His first foal crop arrived in 2021, and he certainly didn’t disappoint. He produced a lovely filly out of Dragon Fire’s Electric Blue—a keeper for our own program—and a colt out of Outlaw’s Raven’s Dancing Beauty who’s headed for a future as a road pony.

We are grateful and excited to introduce the newest stallion in our program—a young colt whose future looks bright. We have admired the breeding program at Silver Thread Stables for years, and when Springer Farms Hot Wire joined their sire line-up, we knew we wanted a son from that line to complement our mares.

After visiting with Lisa Rains about what we hoped for in a future herd sire, she patiently kept us in the loop until the right foal arrived. The day she messaged, “I think the boy you’re looking for is here!” was a special one.

We brought “CB” home in September 2024, and watching him grow has been a treat. He’s unfolding into a striking young stallion with a fun, curious, and downright playful personality that keeps us smiling. We believe he’ll be a strong addition to our program. He’ll make his debut in the show ring when he’s ready—both in halter and performance.
